SHIPPING POLICY

IN STOCK PRODUCTS

• Shipping within India | Delivery within 7-10 business days
• Shipping Internationally | Delivery within 20-25 business days. In some cases, custom clearance might take longer. Duties & Taxes are additional (can be upto 30% or more of order value) and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

CUSTOMIZED OR MADE AGAINST ORDER

• Product Development Days for Customized/Made Against Order + Shipping within India (Delivery within 7-10 business days)
• Product Development Days for Customized/Made Against Order + Shipping Internationally (Delivery within 18-25 business days). In some cases, custom clearance might take longer. Duties & Taxes are additional (can be upto 30% or more of order value) and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

• We appreciate the interest shown by you in our products. We are sure that our products would be as per your requirement and match your expectations.
• We deliver only post all necessary approvals for the sample and trust our product quality. However, in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

In case of any defect, you can return the products within 3 calendar days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for return:

• Product should be unused
• Product should be in exact same condition as delivered
• Product must be in the original packing
• You should be able to furnish the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds would be provided to returned products subject to inspection.

On receipt of the returned items, they will be inspected to ensure that they are unused, in exact same condition as delivered and in original packaging. We will notify you on the status of your refund post inspection.
On approval of return, the refund will be initiated via the same mode as payment was received. The credit would be received within 2-7 days based on the mode of your payment as well as your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
